Games@School: Educational games in the classroom

In addition to movies, books and the Internet, games contain a wealth of visual material that is perfectly usable for teachers. Educational games have already made their way into education, but the popular games are unknown territory for many teachers.

At Games@School you will find videos full of didactic material with games from the students' world. Because it is practically impossible to play games with students in class, but all that valuable visual material has yet to find its way into education, games@school started with this initiative.

With the freedom of movement in a game, the possibilities are endless: portray the prehistoric mammoth hunt, see the pyramids of Giza up close, walk in a medieval city, experience the French Revolution or observe the misery in the trenches during WWI ... Everything is possible!

It would be nice if we as teachers with games first bring the world of the students to the lesson and then also get the lesson a little bit in the world of the students when they play games.
