Websites to support distance learning: G Suite for Education tools
In these corona times it is always fun to exchange ideas.
For our school community (Catholic Primary Education Lokeren and Moerbeke-Waas) we developed a number of websites to support teachers and students in 'Online teaching'. We map out the possibilities that G Suite has via the teacher website . We aim for people with limited ICT knowledge and explain, among other things, how they can create a Google Site and / or Google Classroom, how they can work with Google Meet, how they can create an e-book in Google Slides, how they can take screenshots ...
On the student website you will find instruction videos that support them to log in to Google Drive at home, create a new Google Document, work with Google Classroom ... In addition, a teacher site has been developed where work bundles and manuals are available on these themes. .
In this way we can help our colleagues to start teaching online in a slightly more pleasant way!
