Yoga at school
The yoga workshop takes participants on an adventure through their own body and mind. Yoga postures, breathing exercises and visualizations guide participants through an image-rich journey of discovery. The various exercises increase and refine imagination, empathy and body awareness.
The yoga adventure emphasizes tasting and experiencing the inner body and thereby increases body awareness. At the same time, the muscles are made strong and flexible and the ability to concentrate improves. Participants learn to release tensions and come closer to their inner strength.
