Colette's spreads: Organic food
In the workshop "Spreads by Colette" children discover this in a playful way. Together with the teacher, they get to work themselves and cook ecological vegetable spreads for sandwiches, such as leek spread, carrot cloud, or red beet hummus. Soup is also on the menu. The teacher chooses the recipes according to the season.
