MapsTell: Visually map behavior and make it negotiable

We, as certified trainers, take you into the wonderful world of MapsTell. Mapstell helps you as a professional to understand human behavior and makes this visible to you in a visual way. These insights enable you to get the best out of yourself as a teacher and colleague.

We also offer this training for students from secondary education and students from adult education

Based on the questionnaire you have completed, a route description is made of your behavioral and communication characteristics as a teacher/colleague. In this way we literally map out your behaviour. We discuss the report on the basis of creative working methods, make links and provide clarification. We consider what these insights mean for you as a teacher. How you can further develop yourself (your own behaviour) as a tool to grow as a teacher/colleague.

In this way we let participants become acquainted with their own behavior and that of others. We help you to become even more aware of your own behavior and that of your colleague or classmate. In this way you reduce your blind spot and you gain insight into what you might be able to do differently and better in relation to others. In addition, it gives you tools for giving and receiving feedback

Moreover, this data is processed in a beautiful map: your PersonalMap. The names of the cities, rivers, mountains and seas in your map tell everything about your behaviour/guide style. In addition, the map shows how others experience your behavior and where your pitfalls and challenges lie. You get to know yourself (even) better and you really learn to understand others. With PersonalMapping you literally map yourself.

PersonalMapping is based on the DISC model developed by William Marston. We distinguish between sixteen different types that fall within the four Realms of the World of Difference.
