Schools, school communities and teams are constantly on the move. They are challenged and constantly have to adapt to new twists. Sometimes this development is automatic, sometimes it helps to have certain processes supervised externally. Learning Path would like to do this together with you.

Learning Path provides a good balance between talking and doing. We are committed to emotional safety. This is an important condition that must be fulfilled before you want to develop further as a team. We go into action a lot with the group and make room for moments of reflection from which new insights can arise. We keep the energy high by alternating humor, fun, relaxation and depth.

Duration of an accompaniment

Each group has its own culture with group norms, values and development needs. That is why we adapt our offer to your specific situation. For this we have an exploratory meeting where we discuss the learning and development needs, and coordinate time investment and budget.
