My kitchen


In My Kitchen , students view their own food footprint and check hygiene in their own kitchen. They learn to sort kitchen waste correctly, which way it takes afterwards and over the ladder of Lansink.

They are introduced to the techniques of composting, preservation and fermentation by going through the technical process a number of times. For example, the students develop their own yogurt.

In addition, they design their own kitchen and immediately determine where energy supplies should be in their design.

In this project, the students get acquainted with the professions cheese maker, container park watch and kitchen designer.
