Start of school year: Student information sheet
Have your students complete this information sheet at the start of the school year (or during the first lesson with a new class group).
The card asks for the following: personal information, language skills, things the student is good at, things the student wants to work on and goals.
Furthermore, the student can draw a small self-portrait (or you can paste a picture of Smartschool here). There is also room for additional comments. Here the student can fill in matters that he would like to share with his teacher (eg I wear glasses and have to sit in front, I have dyslexia, I want to do a creative assignment this year ...).
