In the first module of the HBO5 nursing course, students are introduced to the coaching skills of a nurse.
Jef Clement's GRROW is the guideline for applying these coaching skills and a step-by-step plan for a coaching conversation.
In the course, the provision of frameworks - just like in the lesson - alternates with assignments and practical examples / cases. In the reading guide you will find an overview of the icons used.
