Sales conversation according to AIDA: Dialogues
Students choose a dialogue and prepare it per two or three
students. Afterwards, that dialogue is presented to the class.
During the sales conversation, the student who plays the
salesperson is filmed with his own mobile phone. The student then
watches this video to evaluate himself based on some criteria. The
student gives himself a score out of 1 for each category of the
AIDA model, after which a scale assessment follows (unsatisfactory,
sufficient, good) supplemented with a word of explanation.
The teacher also evaluates afterwards and records feedback in the
same way.
