Diversity in healthcare: Cases and working method
Society is diverse. This is also the target group of the healthcare sector. This does not alter the fact that dealing with this diversity can be challenging. Making this a topic for discussion is important to prevent frustrations and prejudices, or to remove them when they are already present. By systematically paying attention to this during the training as a care provider, you stimulate the necessary diversity competences and essential open communication.
