Our planet, our future is an online platform that can help young people to better understand the causes and consequences of climate change, while offering solutions on how to make our society climate-friendly. The platform combines science, interesting facts and figures, activities and interactive resources in an accessible way and allows students to navigate the content in their own way.

The Teachers Point contains fifteen downloadable worksheets, each focusing on a key topic:
