Xerte Templates: Create learning materials quickly and easily with Xerte

With the Xerte templates you can quickly and easily create online learning materials with the authoring tool Xerte. These Xerte templates allow you to develop teaching materials for different educational situations, depending on the template you choose. With the template, there is a fixed format ready for you in Xerte. You no longer have to think about the structure, but quickly place your content in Xerte. Just as easy as PowerPoint.

The Xerte templates are short modules. Students take a maximum of 10 minutes to complete them. They are therefore not large online modules where you can put a large part of the curriculum into.

The following templates have been developed so far:

• Flipping the classroom
• Determining prior information
• Learn a concept in 5 minutes
• Practical skills procedure
• Solve a case
• Practice tests, tests to learn
• Formative testing

We had a few starting points when developing the templates. The templates are simple and quick to fill; they have a permanent structure and the didactics are guaranteed. You can easily use them in your teaching, they activate students and invite them to use them.
If desired, the templates can save learning results and present them in a dashboard so that you can read student results. However, this depends on the learning environment used. Finally: they are constructed in such a way that they are suitable for smartphones, tablets and laptops / PCs
