ICT policy effect measurement: Working methods
When carrying out the actions from your ICT policy plan, it is important to regularly check the effects of the various actions. You can do this together with the team by using a working method.
This document describes a number of working methods for evaluating your ICT policy plan:
- star chart or spider chart;
- shopping list and shopping cart;
