Evaluate without numbers


The North Limburg Art Academy has long ceased to work with figures on its evaluations. In 2012, the school started experimenting with a new evaluation system. Could that be done without points and with more emphasis on the process? After 5 years of experimenting and adjusting, according to director Diederik Celis, it is now ready.
