"My stomach wobbles when I breathe!", On mindfulness in kindergarten: Kindergarten


In these times a lot comes to children and their mental well-being is regularly under pressure. Both psychological and neuroscientific research call for more attention to be paid to mental education in education, and more specifically the role of mindfulness in this.

What is mindfulness, what is the importance for toddlers and how can you use mindfulness in kindergarten? In this blog post, we highlight some recent insights from (practice-oriented) research and we also provide some concrete examples from classroom practice.
