How do you enter the virtual lesson or meeting?


Whether it is face-to-face or online: we teach real people, we sit with real people around the (virtual) table. If we want effective learning and consultation time in which pupils and colleagues feel safe to make a contribution, we should keep an eye on the person behind that pupil or colleague. The strength lies in small, good habits to make contact. A check-in is such a habit, meant to say something about yourself at the start of a meeting and to connect with each other and with what we have to do.
